“Lek-Heng-Yum”, a solo exhibition by Thai artist Lolay (Thaweesak Srithongdee), is on display at Fazal Building. The exhibition is a return to the roots of Lolay’s youthful memories defined by freedom, fearless experimentation, and the pure joy of creation, and an expansion toward the complexities of the 21st century, where structures and energies overlap in ways that can no longer be understood in a single dimension. “Lek-Heng-Yum” is not merely the title of the exhibition but a conceptual framework. Drawn from the familiar Thai street dish of noodle salad, this hybrid Thai–Chinese food flavourful, layered and complex becomes a metaphor for contemporaneity and diversity, where the local and the global are inseparably bound.

Rosewood Bangkok and Play art house are hosting “Rao Wat Ii: Walking The Road Of Song Wat Through The Artists’ Lens”, an exhibition that explores the unique character and rapid transformation of Bangkok’s famed Song Wat Road through the eyes of nine contemporary artists. The journey to understand Song Wat Road began two years ago with “Rao Wat I”, the inaugural exhibition hosted at Play art house, which captured the artists’ perception of the area’s lingering old tales and historic atmosphere. “Rao Wat II” represents the next chapter and is curated by Seada Samdao. The diverse works are presented in various styles and media, and offer personal encounters and profound reflections on a road that has continuously reinvented itself since a great fire devastated the area in 1906, leading to the creation of its unusually straight, defining line.

Art exhibition / Central Chidlom / Until Nov 30
“Forms Of Encounter”, an exhibition in celebration of 60 years of bilateral ties between Singapore and Thailand is on display at Central Chidlom until Nov 30. Organised by STPI, Singapore’s global destination for print and paper in contemporary art, in collaboration with the Singapore embassy, the exhibition is curated by John Tung. It highlights six leading contemporary artists from Thailand and Singapore: Heman Chong, Charles Lim Yi Yong, Pinaree Sanpitak, Rirkrit Tiravanija, Natee Utarit and Suzann Victor, featuring artworks created during their residencies at STPI. Special printmaking classes are available on Nov 22 and 29, and are designed to offer hands-on insight into printmaking.

Applications for Sip Supernova Thailand 2026 are open until Dec 31, with regional rounds kicking off in January 2026 in Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Phuket and Bangkok. Winners from each region will advance to the national final in February, before the champion represents Thailand in Tokyo.
