
MANILA, Philippines — Motorists can expect pump prices of diesel to go up and of gasoline to go down, according to an advisory from Jetti Petroleum.

In an advisory on Saturday, Jetti Petroleum president Leo Bellas said diesel prices are projected to increase by 40 to 60 centavos per liter. Meanwhile gasoline might see a rollback in prices ranging from 30 to 50 centavos per liter.

Bellas earlier said prices of refined products like diesel and kerosene remain elevated as supply tightness persists across Asia.
He said reduced exports from Northeast Asian refiners was a key driver of the upward pressure on prices. Another reason is lingering disruptions in Russian supply. INQ
