President Ilham Aliyev dismisses head of Balakan District Executive Power – decree

The head of the Balaken district executive authority, Islam Rzayev, has been dismissed from his post, Azernews reports.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed the relevant decree.
