The hearing of a petition challenging the legality of more than Sh6.9 trillion loans borrowed by the government from 2014 to date has been set for March.
A bench of three judges of the High Court on January 6, 2026, said that it would determine all applications, including those seeking to strike out the case, alongside the main petition.
