Courier Express Parcel Association convenes 32nd Annual General Meeting

The Courier Express Parcel Association of Sri Lanka (CEPAC), the premier representative body of the courier express sector in Sri Lanka, successfully held its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 03 July 2026 at the Ramada, Colombo.

At the AGM, the membership reappointed SCS Express Ltd., Nishantha Rathmalvinna as President, Capitol Overseas Courier Service Ltd., Mazeer Mohideen as Vice President (I), Antron Express Ltd., Sonali De Silva as Vice President (II), SCS Express Ltd., Viranna Fonseka as Assistant Secretary and Dreamco Express Ltd/. Manoj Enoch as Treasurer.

Global Parcel Delivery Ltd., Chaminda Mallawa continues to serve as the Immediate Past President, reaffirming the membership’s confidence in the Association’s leadership and its commitment to advancing the courier express industry in Sri Lanka.

The Executive Committee elected for the 2026/27 term comprises Fayaz Fuard (Fits Express), as Secretary, Sudheera Senarathne (RPX MAC Express) as Assistant Treasurer, and Andre Fernando (RPX MAC Express) as an Executive Committee Member.

During the AGM, members reviewed the Association’s activities and key achievements over the past year, reflecting on CEPAC’s initiatives to address industry concerns and support the continued development of the courier express sector. The President conveyed his appreciation to the Executive Committee members and the Secretariat for their dedication and contributions to the Association throughout the year.

CEPAC continues to play an active role in promoting collaboration, industry best practices, and the sustainable development of Sri Lanka’s courier express sector. The meeting concluded with a reaffirmation of the Association’s commitment to supporting the sector’s continued growth and enhancing the value it delivers to its members.
