Rumesh Tharanga, who is regarded as a gold medal prospect and is inching towards the World No. 1 ranking following his recent achievements at the Doha Diamond League tournament, is all set to bring glory and victory to the island nation as he departed for the Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
Tharanga was given the unique opportunity to stay at Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams upon his return from the Diamond League tournament to further develop and enhance his training routines, with access to state-of-the-art international-standard facilities and true hospitality, including balanced nutrition customised by professional chefs, as well as wellness and fitness support.
The opportunity was welcomed by the 23-year-old, who also had the privilege of having his coach and personal physio stay with him throughout his time at Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams until his departure for Glasgow.
