Eight clubs have secured promotion to the Nigeria National League (NNL) following the conclusion of the Nationwide League One (NLO) playoffs recently.
The promoted teams are drawn from different parts of the country and will join the NNL for the new season.
The successful clubs are:Dokkal Khairu FC (Osun State), Mighty Jets Feeders (Plateau State), Neurospark FC (Abuja), DMD FC (Borno State), Right 2 Win FC (Abia State), OYC FC (Delta State), Junior Danburam FC (Katsina State) and Ikorodu City FA (Lagos State).
Their promotion marks the next stage in the development of the eight clubs as they prepare to compete at the national second-tier level.
With the NNL Annual General Meeting (AGM) expected to hold in Owerri this Friday the eight teams will be part of the draw which will produce the fixtures for the 2026-27 NNL season.
