Tarlac City Mayor Susan Yap has offered a P100,000 reward for information that could help authorities locate the last missing passenger of the SUV that plunged into the river as a section of the Agana Bridge collapsed on August 29.
Search and rescue teams have yet to find Paul Harvey Collado, the SUV’s owner and a supervisor nurse at Jecsons Medical Center. Despite the passage of more than a week, rescuers have not given up the search.
Yap addressed the public in a social media post on Wednesday night, September 9, appealing for information that could help locate Collado.
‘Sa panahong puno ng pangamba, ang ating tulong at impormasyon ay maaaring maging daan upang muling makauwi si Paul Harvey sa kanyang pamilya,’ Yap said on her official Facebook page.

The bodies of Shanen Tuhao and Shiela Mae Taborlupa have been retrieved from the Bayambang town in Pangasinan where they were located separately on September 1 and on September 5. The remains of James Patrick Taborlupa was found earlier on August 31, off the coast of Lingayen town also in Pangasinan.
The youngest passenger, 20-year old Nataniel Dion, was the only survivor.
James Patrick and Shiela Mae Taborlupa, who were siblings, were buried on Tuesday (September 8) at the Loyola Eternal Memorial Park in Tarlac City.
In her post, the mayor also encouraged nearby municipalities and provinces to coordinate with the city government of Tarlac should they receive any information that will help locate Collado.
