A 66-year-old man was found dead under a bridge in Barangay Casiligan, Pola town, on Saturday, Oct. 3, police said.
The body was discovered after a barangay official alerted the Pola Municipal Police Station. Police responded and conducted an initial investigation.
Residents told police that the man was last seen possibly under the influence of alcohol.
Police have yet to determine how he died and requested a post-mortem examination to establish the cause of death.
The investigation was ongoing as of Sunday.
