Marking over a decade of synergistic growth, LOLC Life Assurance hosted the ‘Sparkle of Excellence’ felicitation and recognition night to honour the stellar Bancassurance performance of 2025. The event celebrated 11 years of Bancassurance partnership with Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC, highlighting shared achievements and future operational excellence.
What began in 2015 has evolved into a strong and established partnership, supported by growing business volumes, an expanding branch network and a shared commitment to creating greater value for customers. Today, the partnership extends across 47 PABC branches, enabling LOLC Life Assurance to serve customers across Sri Lanka.
The recognition evening brought together senior management, sales leadership, branch representatives and top-performing teams from both organisations. It provided an opportunity to recognise the commitment and achievements of those who have contributed to the continued growth and success of the partnership.
