The Price Index of Construction Materials in September 2026 reached 123.41 units (base year 2021=100), recording an increase of 3.74%, compared to September 2025.
By main commodity category, increases were observed in metallic products (5.28%), products of wood, insulation materials, chemicals and plastics (5.06%), electromechanical products (4.08%), minerals (2.81%) and mineral products (1.35%).
Compared to August 2026, the Index recorded an increase of 0.26%.
For the period January-September 2026, the index increased by 2.24% compared to the corresponding period of 2025.
