Rare Gems Group has raised N3.3 billion through the issuance of two tranches of commercial papers on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX), tapping the short-term debt market to support its funding needs.
According to a notice on NGX, the company listed N2.36 billion worth of Series 1 Tranche A commercial papers and N941 million in Tranche B under its N20 billion commercial paper issuance programme.
