Love Is Blind’s Sparkle Megan Shares Post About ‘Perfect’ Timing Pre-Reunion

Love Is Blind season 9 star “Sparkle Megan” Walerius seemingly has a message about her post-pod journey.

Megan, 35, reposted an anonymous quote to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, October 29, that read, “Everything happens at the perfect time. Trust the process and be patient.”

Megan got engaged to Jordan Keltner sight unseen during Love Is Blind season 9, which was filmed in Denver two years ago and premiered on Netflix last month. Megan, however, ultimately called off their engagement over major lifestyle differences.

“I’ve never dated somebody with a kid,” she said in the finale, referring to Jordan’s 5-year-old son, Luca, from a previous relationship. “All the men that I have dated up to this have had a fairly flexible schedule, and that’s how all my friends are.”

As a result, Megan questioned whether she was ready to be a parent.

“In the pods, I was really leaning into him being a single father [and] the excitement of it. I don’t think I thought through how challenging it is and how I would need to make a lot of concessions to how I currently live,” she tearfully said in a confessional. “Honestly, this has me questioning if I’m even cut out to be a mom.”

Megan continued, “I don’t know, maybe I am too caught up in my own life. All I wanted coming into this experiment was to find love and to find my partner.”

Megan will be asked about her parenthood comments and potential hopes for a baby during the upcoming tell-all reunion.

“Megan, do you feel like you’re not cut out to be a mother?” show cohost Nick Lachey asked the wellness entrepreneur in a teaser for the Wednesday, October 29, special.

Megan began to answer Nick’s question, hinting, “Today, I actually have a little bit of a surprise.”

While the cameras cut before Megan could share her “surprise,” she has since been spotted with a mystery man and a newborn baby outside of her Denver home. (Megan has not addressed the now-viral photos. Us Weekly reached out for comment.)

Ahead of Wednesday’s reunion, Megan teased plenty of bombshells in store.

“There’s always more to the story,” she wrote via Instagram hours earlier. “Who’s ready for the reunion tonight?! Tune in to @netflix at 6pm PST.”

Reposting the upload onto her Stories, Megan added, “Get your popcorn ready.”

Jordan, 30, meanwhile, has also opened up about his perspective about the end of his Love Is Blind engagement.

“We wanted to be open, honest and transparent with each other. My son was supposed to be at the wedding,” Jordan told Variety earlier this month. “I never wanted him to go through something like that. We tried until the last possible second. She made the best decision for both of us and our families.”

He continued, “We had discussions about not wanting to annul our marriage. We didn’t want to get a divorce. We wanted this to be a forever thing. At the end of the day, she decided it wasn’t going to be a forever thing for her.”

The Love Is Blind season 9 reunion airs on Netflix Wednesday, October 29, at 9 p.m. ET.

NBA’s Jaylen Brown Recruits LeBron James for Hairline Help

It takes a lot to suffer a moment so embarrassing that the only way to atone is to shave your head live on social media.

That’s what Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown had to do after his hairline spray rubbed off on New York Knicks player OG Anunoby during a game on Friday, October 24. While Brown, 29, was having his head shaved in a video posted via Twitch on Tuesday, October 28, he even called LeBron James for advice.

“Code Red, my n****,” Brown said in a voicemail. “Code Red. They caught me slippin’. I need to know — Turkey or no Turkey — and I ain’t talking no cheese sandwich. This some real s***, bro.”

For those blessed with luscious locks and not weighed down by the stress of male-pattern baldness, Turkey is a popular go-to destination for hair transplants. Though it’s unknown if James, 40, actually traveled to Turkey himself, his own hairline has made an impressive comeback over the second half of his NBA career.

Brown even took the time to look up flights to Turkey, asking, “What time do they leave? Can I get back before the game?”

The Celtics’ next game is Wednesday, October 29, against the Cleveland Cavaliers, so a quick trip across the world for a cosmetic procedure seems unlikely.

“I blame Boston,” Brown added. “10 years of media, stress, championship. This is y’all fault.”

Brown has played for Boston since 2016 when the Celtics drafted him third overall. Over 10 years, he has made four All-Star teams and was the 2024 NBA Finals MVP as Boston captured its 18th championship.

Travis Kelce Calls Out Eagles’ A.J. Brown for Venting Issues on Social Media

The organization rewarded him in 2023 with a five-year extension worth up to $304 million.

James, for his part, has not publicly responded to Brown’s plea for help. The receding hairline of one of the greatest basketball players of all-time, however, has long been a running gag in the NBA. His friend and former teammate Dwyane Wade joked about it in a 2022 appearance on the “I Am Athlete” podcast.

“It was like when God made him, he was like ‘I’m going to give you all this. But I’m going to take one thing from you,’” said Wade, now 43. “‘I’m not going to give you no lining. But I’m going to give you everything else.”

James is in on the fun, too. Speaking to the Cleveland Plain Dealer in 2017 about his fandom of the other GOAT, Michael Jordan, he explained everything that inspired him about His Airness.

“I shot fadeaways before I should have, I wore a leg sleeve on my leg and folded it down so you saw the red part, I wore black-and-red shoes with white socks, I wore short shorts so you could see my undershorts underneath, I didn’t go bald like Mike, but I’m getting there,” he said. “Other than that, I did everything Mike did.”

Amid his own struggles with his hairline, James released a collection of skincare and haircare products in 2024, which includes a two-in-one shampoo and conditioner.

“I remember going into the first barbershop I ever been to,” James said on “The Shop,” which he hosts with Maverick Carter. “Going into the shop, it’s a certain aura. You don’t need to read a newspaper after leaving the barbershop [because] you’re getting everything from politics to sports. And then you add on the men influencers in there, you add on the s—t talking that’s going on in there. That’s where we would get a lot of products from when we were younger.”

Chrishell Addresses ‘Selling Sunset’ Scene Where Nicole Insults Her Parents

Just hours after the new season of Selling Sunset started streaming, Chrishell Stause addressed Nicole Young‘s comments about her late parents.

“Your favorite train wreck is now streaming!” Chrishell, 44, wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, October 29, alongside stills from the season 9 scene. “This year for Girl’s Giving we are serving c***.”

Chrishell acknowledged that Nicole, 39, “brings out the worst” in her. “The build up clearly had to be condensed down,” she continued. “I didn’t bring the stupid drug thing up, but defended not lying and it escalated from there. Information was shared with me by another cast member that I brought up in the heat of the moment that I shouldn’t have.”

The scene in question is a dinner party gone wrong where Chrishell brought up previous allegations about Nicole’s alleged drug use.

Breaking Down Timeline of Chrishell, Nicole’s Ongoing ‘Selling Sunset’ Feud

“Honey, you’re confusing me with your parents, OK?” Nicole fired back. “You seem to be obsessed with drugs.”

Chrishell’s costars were quick to jump on Nicole for her remarks, saying she crossed a line by bringing up Chrishell’s late mother and father. Nicole stood by her statement, saying on the show, “She’s talked about [her parents] being addicts. It is OK for me to continually be called a drug addict. You talked about your parents doing drugs.”

Nicole was later put on pause on and off screen after Jason Oppenheim dismissed her from the office. She reappeared at the end of the season to tell Mary Bonnet she was moving to Nashville with her family.

Before the season premiered, Us Weekly confirmed that Selling Sunset had to hit pause on filming due to issues between Nicole and Chrishell.

“I had a call with production two days ago during which they told me I have absolutely not been fired from the cast but they chose to pause my filming schedule until next week in order to protect me from situations on set that had become very contentious,” Nicole told Us in a statement in January. “I’m still debating whether or not I want to continue filming in this kind of environment, especially with so many infuriating double standards.”

Nicole added: “Selling Sunset has been a great opportunity and a wild ride, but it is not my life or identity. I have a big, beautiful life outside of the show…and thankfully in the real world, my life and personality can’t be edited or misconstrued to portray me negatively to fit into a produced storyline.”

‘Selling Sunset’ Stars Who Left the Series: Where Are They Now?

On Wednesday, Chrishell made it clear that she isn’t ashamed of anything from her or her parents’ pasts.

“I would gladly free base off my desk if I never had to talk about this again,” she continued on Wednesday. “I want to dedicate this season to my parents. Because of what was said, they are brought up in every interview that I do. They were such bad asses, and would be very proud of me. (Yes even after this dinner).”

Chrishell’s adoptive father, Jeff, died in April 2019, and her mother, Ranae, died in July 2020 after individual battles with lung cancer.

“My mom would have had some choice words for a few people, and we would have laughed,” she concluded. “Thinking of that makes me smile, and I just want to add a positive memory to the conversation if they are going to be discussed.”

Selling Sunset is currently streaming on Netflix.

Saniei will have Isabella on her birthday, and Lally, 43, will have their daughter on his, per the agreement.

“The custodial parent shall have the discretion to determine Isabella’s attendance at social events during their custodial time,” the deal said.

The deal said Lally was awarded a 2024 BMW M850i, several bank accounts, an IRS tax payment for 2018 and several credit cards.
