NORZAGARAY, Bulacan , Philippines – Two men were arrested for allegedly manufacturing firecrackers without necessary permits in this town on Wednesday.
The suspects were reportedly caught manufacturing kwitis in a makeshift factory in Barangay Partida, according to Lt. Col. Ismael Gauna, acting chief of the Norzagaray police.
Aside from several bundles of kwitis, police seized from the suspects firecracker fuses, threads and tape dispensers.
