Former Commission on Audit (COA) Confidential Funds Unit auditor Roderick Wamil tells the Senate impeachment court that Vice President Sara Duterte was the only vice president whose confidential funds were audited during his tenure from 2014 to 2024 because previous vice presidents did not receive confidential funds.
Wamil adds that Department of Education (DepEd) had no confidential fund allocation before Duterte assumed office as education secretary.
