Commission on Audit witness Xylene Del Campo on Day 14 of the impeachment trial says that Vice President Sara Duterte was among the officials held liable for the P73.287 million disallowed confidential fund transactions of the Office of the Vice President (OVP).
Also named responsible were Special Disbursing Officer Gina Acosta, who acted as payee and disbursed the cash advance, and Chief Accountant Julieta Villadelrey, who certified that the supporting documents were complete and proper.
