Ademola Adeleke, Governor Ademola Adele has attributed his victory in the August 15 Osun State governorship election to the foundational influence of his political dynasty, following a symbolic visit to the grave of his late uncle, Isiaka Adeleke, a senator, before casting his ballot.
Adeleke, who secured a second term after defeating his primary challenger, Bola Oyebamiji of the All Progressives Congress (APC), disclosed that the pilgrimage was a necessary act of homage. Speaking in an interview with Channels Television, the governor reflected on the personal and strategic impact of his family on his political trajectory.
