TalentPEO Africa is expanding its Employer of Record (EOR) services to more than 200 countries and territories as it moves from serving businesses across Africa to supporting companies building teams across international markets.
The expansion will allow businesses to hire and manage employees in countries where they may not have a legal entity. Through its platform, companies can access services covering employment contracts, onboarding, payroll, taxes, benefits and compliance.
As more businesses build teams across different countries, employers face the task of managing different employment laws and payroll systems. TalentPEO Africa said its expanded services are designed to bring these requirements under one workforce partner.
The company’s services include Employer of Record, global payroll and tax, PEO and HR outsourcing, employment compliance, recruitment, and immigration and relocation support.
Temitope Adebayo, CEO of TalentPEO Africa, said the expansion reflects how businesses are approaching talent and international growth.
‘Businesses no longer think in borders when it comes to talent,’ Adebayo said.
‘With our expansion to more than 200 countries and territories, we are giving companies the confidence to build global teams through a partner that understands both local compliance and international growth.’
She added that the company’s goal is to help businesses access talent across different markets.
‘Our vision is to help organisations hire the best talent, wherever it is found,’ she said.
The company said its move into global markets builds on its experience supporting businesses across Africa, where employers often have to manage different employment, payroll and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
TalentPEO Africa said this experience has helped it understand the requirements businesses face when employing people across borders. It will now apply this knowledge to its international operations.
The expanded EOR and payroll services are available immediately. Existing and new clients can use the platform to deploy teams across more than 200 countries and territories without establishing local legal entities.
