The award was conferred during the 2026 Golden Arrow Awards ceremony held on October 23 at Makati Shangri-La.
The ICD serves as the Philippines’ Domestic Ranking Body for the ACGS, which assesses publicly listed companies against established corporate governance standards. The Golden Arrow recognition is given annually to companies that uphold the highest standards of accountability, transparency, and responsible leadership.
‘Receiving the Golden Arrow Award for the second consecutive year reflects the progress DigiPlus has made in strengthening its corporate governance practices,’ said DigiPlus President Ping Chen. ‘As we continue to evolve our business, we remain focused on building stakeholder trust and creating long-term value through responsible leadership and sustainable growth.’

Its latest 2025 Integrated Report provides a comprehensive view of the Company’s financial and non-financial performance, material environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks and opportunities, and long-term value creation. It also establishes a baseline for key environmental metrics, including energy consumption and Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions, alongside disclosures on climate-related risks and sustainability initiatives.
The Company’s reporting framework draws on globally recognized standards and guidelines, including the Integrated Reporting Framework, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Standards, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard.
