The distinction celebrates the group’s real estate firms, Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) and Filinvest Alabang, Inc. (FAI), the powerhouse duo behind some of the country’s most innovative communities. From FLI’s extensive nationwide portfolio of residential communities, offices, co-living spaces, and industrial parks, to FAI’s high-end residential developments and sustainable townships like Filinvest City, which remains to be the Philippines’ only LEED Gold and BERDE dual-certified township, Filinvest continues to redefine what it means to create spaces that matter.
