PlayTime Entertainment partners with MMFF, PMPC

PlayTime Entertainment has signed on as the official entertainment partner of the 52nd Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) and renewed its partnership with the Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC) for the 42nd PMPC Star Awards for Movies, as the company widens its footprint in the country’s film and showbiz industry.

According to PlayTime Entertainment President Roy Alcid, the two deals form part of PlayTime Entertainment’s strategy to build ties with key industry stakeholders, improve audience engagement, and open opportunities for its brand within the country’s most prestigious film festivals and award ceremonies.

Alcid said the partnerships reflect a strategy centered on industry collaboration, brand visibility, and audience engagement.

‘They also create opportunities for PlayTime Entertainment to explore measures that will bring deep connections among entertainment content, digital platforms, and consumer participation,’ he said.

Under the MMFF deal, PlayTime Entertainment is expected to take a more active role throughout this year’s festival, which the company said reinforces its commitment to supporting the local film industry, storytelling, and Filipino talent.

The renewed agreement with the PMPC builds on PlayTime Entertainment’s broader relationship with movie, television, and music award programs, extending its presence across multiple segments of the local showbiz industry.

The company said the partnership will provide opportunities to enhance digital engagement, develop integrated marketing initiatives, and strengthen relationships with industry stakeholders.
