The government on Thursday announced several new diplomatic appointments including that of journalist Kenton Chance as the ambassador designate to the Republic of China on Taiwan.
Chance, who is the managing editor of the St Vincent based IWitness News also serves as the Kingstown correspondent for the Barbados based Caribbean Media Corporation (CMC).
