Olivia Culpo Rocks Pumping Bra While Cheering Christian McCaffrey Touchdown

Olivia Culpo is one dedicated wife to 49ers star Christian McCaffrey.

Culpo, 33, took to her Instagram Stories on Sunday, October 19, to share footage of herself jumping up and down while gripping her pumping bra as she celebrated one of McCaffrey’s touchdowns for the San Francisco 49ers. (The 49ers won over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday Night Football, 20-10.)

“CMC touchdown ❤️,” the model captioned her adorable clip, which captured her grinning for the camera alongside a friend, dressed in a low-cut tank top, blue denim Levi’s jeans, an oversized blazer and a red cap inside the 49ers’ Levi’s Stadium.

The proud wife and mom to the couple’s daughter Colette, 4 months, shared via her Instagram Stories earlier in the day that she would be wearing her convenient hands-free pumping garment while attending the game after a big night out at a wedding one night prior.

“This is my pumping bra. I went to a wedding last night and I had two martinis and, I swear, I was poisoned and I’ve never felt so horrible in my entire life,” she said in her earlier post that captured her getting ready for the outing. “It was my first time having to pump and dump. The baby’s not coming with me to this game so I have to put my pumping stuff into my bag.”

She continued in a light-hearted tone, “I wish I could wear … a mask over my head because I feel so horrible. I’m never drinking again. I’m just not a good drinker.”

As for how she decided on her game-day outfit, Culpo told fans, “I have to wear a tank top because I’m pumping the whole time.”

Another Instagram Story captured Culpo and her friends holding handmade signs in support of McCaffrey, 29. While a male friend’s sign read, “Cute Muscular Colette’s,” spelling out the NFL star’s initials in bold red marker, Culpo’s own read, “Go Colette’s dad.”

She then opened up her small handbag to reveal the extent of her breast pump apparatus. “What’s in my bag,” she captioned the video. One of Culpo’s final Instagram Stories showed her daughter being bottle-fed in the family’s lounge as Sunday Night Football played on a TV screen. “Meanwhile at home 🥹🥹🥹,” Culpo captioned the photo.

Culpo, who began dating the athlete in 2019 and married him in June 2024, has served as a pillar of support to her husband this NFL season. Dressing up in team colors while attending his games, Culpo has also helped the pair’s daughter get into the spirit of things by dressing her in multiple tiny 49ers onesies.

The former Miss Universe gave birth to Colette in July, with McCaffrey revealing one month later in an interview with the NFL Network that he was prone to dad guilt. “I feel guilty at times,” he told the outlet on August 5. “I’m sleeping well in the hotel bedroom while [Olivia’s] doing the dirty work. But I’m super thankful for her and she’s doing an incredible job.”

China pledges support towards Malawi’s agricultural sector growth

LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-China has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Malawi’s agricultural development, with a pledge to provide essential farming inputs including fertilizer and other resources aimed at boosting productivity in the sector.

Chinese Ambassador to Malawi, Lu Xu, made the announcement during official opening of orientation program for newly elected Members of Parliament (MPs) happening at Bingu International Convention (BICC).

Ambassador Xu emphasized that agriculture remains the backbone of Malawi’s economy, saying China is keen to assist in ensuring the sector thrives through technical support, provision of inputs, and knowledge sharing.

“China understands the importance of agriculture to Malawi’s economy and food security.

“We are ready to support through the provision of fertilizers and other farming inputs, as well as sharing modern agricultural practices that can enhance yields and promote sustainability,” said Xu.

She highlighted that this support aligns with the broader China-Africa cooperation framework, which seeks to empower African nations through development aid, technology transfer, and trade partnerships.

Clerk of Parliament, Fiona Kalemba, applauded the Chinese government for its continued support to Malawi, particularly in areas that directly impact the livelihoods of Malawians.

“We are grateful for the unwavering support from the Chinese government. Their assistance in agriculture will go a long way in supporting our farmers and improving food security,” said Kalemba.

Agriculture remains a key priority for the Malawian government, employing over 70% of the population and contributing significantly to the country’s GDP.

However, challenges such as poor access to inputs, outdated farming methods, and climate-related shocks continue to hinder productivity.

The pledged support from China is expected to complement Malawi’s ongoing efforts to modernize the sector and ensure long-term food security and economic resilience.

She also urged newly elected members to put their campaign promises to practice.

This renewed partnership also comes at a time when Malawi is seeking more international collaborations to strengthen its economy through sustainable and inclusive development.

Malawi’ Scorchers Star Temwa injury scare ahead of crucial Scorchers clash with Angola

BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-Malawi’s star striker Temwa Chawinga is facing a race against time to be fit for the Scorchers’ crucial Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) qualifier against Angola on October 23, 2025, after suffering another setback in the United States.

The prolific forward, who plays for Kansas City Current in the American National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), limped off in the 28th minute during her side’s 1–0 defeat to Houston Dash Women on Sunday.

The club’s medical team later confirmed that Temwa had picked up a right upper leg injury, raising fears of another spell on the sidelines.

This comes just as the 25-year-old had returned from a previous injury that kept her out of action for several weeks.

Her latest knock has left both her club and the Malawi national team anxious, especially given her critical role in the Scorchers’ attack.

Reportes indicated that Temwa will undergo further medical assessment in the coming days to determine the extent of the injury and whether she will be cleared to travel.

Temwa has been in sensational form when fit, providing pace, power and goals for both club and country.

Her absence would be a massive blow for Malawi, who are seeking to make back-to-back appearances at the continental finals after their historic qualification in 2022.

Meanwhile, her elder sister Tabitha Chawinga, who plays for Paris Saint-Germain Féminine in France, has already started preparing for the Scorchers’ camp in Luanda, Angola.

The team is expected to regroup there ahead of the away fixture before returning home for the second leg in Lilongwe on 28 October 2025.

Team officials remain optimistic that Temwa could recover in time but they have also begun contingency planning with players like Asimenye Simwaka, Sabina Thom and Wezzie Mvula expected to shoulder the attacking burden if she is unavailable.

The Scorchers’ upcoming clash against Angola is crucial, as Malawi aims to continue building on the momentum that has made them one of the most exciting women’s teams in Southern Africa.

The first leg in Luanda will set the tone for the return leg at Bingu National Stadium, where a full home crowd is expected to rally behind the team.

‘Tracker’ Pokes Fun at Jensen Ackles, Justin Hartley’s ‘TSITP’ Love Triangle

Love triangles involving brothers is a hot TV trend that even Justin Hartley‘s hit CBS series Tracker is hopping on

During the Sunday, October 19, episode of the hit CBS series, Colter (Hartley) reunited with his brother, Russell (Jensen Ackles), before they met with Reenie (Fiona Rene). Russell subtly tried to get Colter to give him the scoop on Reenie’s love life after previously showing his interest in the lawyer.

“Speaking of boyfriends, what do you know about Reenie’s boyfriend? Because I’m calling [bulls***]. She said they were in a weird place. When I pressed her, she gave me that look,” Russell explained. “So I just moved on.”

Colter seemed confused by Russell’s invested interest in Reenie’s partner but Russell kept pushing, asking, “Is he a tech bro? A soy boy? An alpha or beta or a coffee guy or a scholar? That’s probably her jam, isn’t it?”

How Many Love Interests Does Justin Hartley’s Colter Have on ‘Tracker’?

Russell wasn’t thrilled when Colter revealed that Reenie was dating a lawyer.

“Damn it. I mean that seems kind of expected. He seems good? But good for her? I know you got an opinion about this,” he added. “You got an opinion about every damn thing.”

In response, Colter noted that it was not his “business,” saying, “I stay in my lane, she stays in hers.” Russell, however, brought up the “one time” Reenie “swerved over” to Colter’s lane when they hooked up before the season 1 premiere.

“It was a long time ago,” Colter fired back. “I think it’s best if we just focus on the job.”

Based on Jeffery Deaver‘s novel The Never Game, Tracker has viewers tuning in each week to see their favorite fictional survivalist — a.k.a Colter — travel the country to help solve missing person cases, track down information on criminal cases and so much more. Colter usually receives help from his team, which includes his attorney Reenie.

Colter and Reenie’s history isn’t limited to a professional relationship though, and she has since caught the eye of Colter’s brother too.

“Reenie loves some of that attention. Who doesn’t love a little bit of validation here and there? We’re all human,” Rene exclusively told Us Weekly in November 2024. “But I think Reenie is looking for the caliber of man who can be emotionally, physically and mentally available. [Someone] in the same state who she doesn’t have to track down every single time she wants to talk to him. I think that that’s pretty pertinent.”

Which TV Shows Have Made Fans Invested in Love Triangles Involving Siblings?

She continued: “[She wants] to have someone who is willing to put her as a priority — and that’s hard. For Russell and Colter, I don’t know if Reenie trusts that either of them are capable of doing all of those things. [They should] prove me wrong.”

At the time, Rene also weighed in on Reenie and Colter exploring a romance in the future.

“I think deep down Colter loves Reenie. I really would like to think that he has unconditional love for her,” she noted. “He really wants what’s best for Reenie and he wants to see her happy. I think Elliot at that moment is really making her happy. So I think it’s undeniable for Colter to feel that too. But does that mean that he is over it?”

Rene made it clear she’s not ruling anything out.

“A lot of the time, Justin and I don’t talk about motivation. We don’t talk about the acting [in a scene]. We honestly come to set and we feel it out,” she added. “He’s such a phenomenal No. 1 [on the call sheet]. He wears so many hats [on set]. Not only is he an actor, but [he is focused on] the numbers of the show. It’s important to him as well as a producer. When he comes on set, he’s all about business and we even call him the Terminator.”

She continued: “But then he takes off that hat, he puts on his actor hat and he genuinely plays. It’s such a dream for an actor to be able to come on set and work together to find what feels right between their characters. Justin is always up for that. And for someone wearing so many hats, to be able to let all of that go and play in that moment is honestly the dream. I hope I can do the same.”

Tracker airs on CBS Sundays at 8:30 p.m. ET. New episodes stream the next day on Paramount+.

King Charles Records Surprise Podcast With Actress Cate Blanchett

King Charles III secretly recorded a podcast episode with Cate Blanchett at Windsor Castle.

Recording the Sunday, October 19, episode of “Unearthed” at a table in the castle’s gardens in July, the king, 76, was interviewed about his role as Kew’s Patron and work in opening the Millenium Seed Bank in 2000. (Kew, England, is home to the World Heritage Site of the Royal Botanic Gardens, and the Millenium Seed Bank is the world’s largest seed bank which works to safeguard global biodiversity, per the Kew Gardens website.)

Interviewed by Blanchett, 56, who serves as Kew’s ambassador for a nature reserve in Wakehurst, England, as well as Dr Elinor Breman, a senior research leader in seed conservation, the king spoke about his passion for the natural world and conservation.

The new recording comes after he featured in the March podcast, “The Music Room playlist from His Majesty King Charles III,” and shared a few of his favorite songs.

How King Charles, Prince William’s ‘Dynamic Has Shifted’ Amid Power Struggle

In “Unearthed,” the king, who spends significant time at Windsor Castle despite currently residing at Clarence House in London with Queen Camilla, said he opened the Millenium Seed Bank after realizing “how important” an initiative it was.

He said his involvement began by “rescuing all the heritage vegetables … and fruit and plants and everything,” before his work expanded. “I just felt it was critical to keep the balance always … because we may need them at a later stage, don’t throw them away. It was quite difficult.”

The podcast detailed that the Millenium Seed Bank has managed to bank 85 percent of the U.K.’s threatened flora and that the initiative is now trying to capture more “genetic diversity.”

King Charles III’s Quotes About Becoming New Monarch: Everything He’s Said

The king said, “I keep trying to provide homes for lots of these sorts of things,” before he spoke about the regeneration of Windsor Castle’s private gardens.

“That’s a real labor of love,” Blanchett, 56, remarked, leading the king to explain, “Thanks, I’ve been making more beds, I’ve marked them all out … and more trees. Trying to keep them going is the problem.

The king is set to explore more of his advocacy of our natural work in an upcoming documentary for Prime Video titled, “Finding Harmony: A King’s Vision.” The project was announced on October 8, with the king stating at the time, “Nature is our sustainer — we are part of nature. Therefore, what we do to her, we do to ourselves. For much of my life, I have sought to promote and encourage ways we can work with, rather than against nature. In other words, to restore balance to our planet which is under such stress.”

The announcement of the project, which is set to be released in early 2026, came right after the king and Prince William stepped out together at the Countdown to COP30 event on October 9 at London’s Natural History Museum.

The father-and-son duo are rumored to be experiencing tension after several outlets claimed of a strained relationship in light of the Prince of Wales, 43, speaking out about the monarchy on Eugene Levy’s The Reluctant Traveler series for Apple TV, which premiered earlier this month.

“I think it’s safe to say that change is on my agenda. Change for good. And I embrace that and I enjoy that change — I don’t fear it,” William said on the show at the time. “That’s the bit that excites me, is the idea of being able to bring some change. Not overly radical change, but changes that I think that need to happen.”
