Italian Ambassador to Cyprus Antonella Cavallari visited the Cyprus News Agency (CNA) on Monday, where she met with the Agency’s management and staff.
During the visit, she was briefed on CNA’s operations and its role as the official news agency of the Republic of Cyprus.
The discussions focused, among other things, on the role of the media in today’s world and on issues of mutual interest concerning relations between Cyprus and Italy.
The importance of further strengthening and deepening cooperation between the two countries was also highlighted.
