As European cities continue to face the growing impacts of climate change, the need for collaborative, evidence-based urban solutions has never been greater.
On 2 October 2026, the Urban Health Conference organised by the U-CARE research initiative and hosted by Technische Universität Berlin will bring together architects, urban designers, public health experts, environmental health professionals, researchers, policymakers, local authorities, educators, students, and engaged citizens in Berlin to explore the future of healthier, more inclusive, and climate-resilient cities.
The conference will provide a platform for exchanging research, sharing best practices, strengthening collaboration across sectors, and bridging the gap between policy and practice.
We will welcome Jacob van Rijs (MVRDV) and Marcus Grant (Cities and Health) as keynote speakers.
