Kotagala Plantations PLC has said its Right Issue was oversubscribed, with total subscriptions amounting to Rs. 776.4 million.
The Rights Issue was for over 84.6 million shares at Rs. 9 each to raise Rs. 761.6 million.
The share closed Friday (17) at Rs. 9.80.
The company reported a net asset value per share of Rs. 7.48 as at end-June 2025.
