Serendib Land PLC has appointed Premarajah Pranavan and Senthilverl Senthi Aathavan to its Board as Independent Non-Executive and Non-Independent Non-Executive Directors respectively.
Pranavan holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Engineering from the University of Moratuwa (2011) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (2012). He is currently an Associate Director at Acuity Knowledge Partners. He is an investment research professional with over 14 years of experience in equity research, valuation, and management. He serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Sanasa Life Insurance PLC and is also a Director of Prempra Capital Ltd.
Senthilverl holds an MBA from Edinburgh Napier University, UK (2019), and is a member of the Association of Business Executives. He is currently a Business Partner at Dollar Corporation and has corporate experience in the fields of management, marketing, and investment.
He currently serves as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Sanasa General Insurance Co. Ltd. and as an Executive Director of Senthilverl Holdings Ltd. and Samindu Incense Ltd. He formerly served as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Sanasa Development Bank PLC.
