The Management Club Colombo (TMC Colombo) hosted its much-anticipated TMC Members’ Night 2026 on 24 August 2026 at Sequel Hall, Cinnamon Grand Hotel, Colombo, bringing together members from across the TMC family for an evening filled with entertainment, laughter, music and fellowship.
The event commenced at 8.00 p.m. with a warm welcome from TMC President Roger Thalayaratne, setting the tone for a memorable evening.
The Members’ Night was organised as a celebration of the successful year concluded by TMC Colombo for 25/26 and also as an opportunity for members of all levels to come together beyond the professional networking environment. The evening featured a variety of entertaining activities and competitions that made the event more vibrant which in turn encouraged members to participate, showcase their talents and enjoy the celebrations.
A lively Baila competition brought energy to the hall, while the Best Dancing Couple and Best Solo Dancer competitions gave members the opportunity to take to the dance floor and entertain the audience. One of the highlights of the evening was the selection of the TMC King and TMC Queen 2026, adding a special touch of excitement and glamour to the night.
The entertainment continued with a live band, keeping members on the dance floor throughout the evening.
The event was attended by members of TMC Colombo, including the Board of Management, together with members of TMC Mount Lavinia and TMC Jaffna. Their participation reflected the strong fellowship and connections shared across the TMC network. All the event winners were presented with valuable gifts generously sponsored by Hemas Hospitals PLC, International Distilleries Ltd. (IDL), Frella International and George Steuarts Ethicals PLC. TMC Colombo extends its sincere appreciation to all sponsors for their valuable support in making the Members’ Night a memorable occasion for its members.
More than simply an evening of entertainment, the TMC Members’ Night 2026 served as a fitting celebration of the year’s achievements and the strong relationships built among members. It was an opportunity to pause, celebrate, connect and look forward to another successful year for TMC. The evening concluded on a high note, leaving members with wonderful memories of a night filled with music, dance, laughter and camaraderie.
