Award-Winning Pencil Artist, Aewura Djoah, has honoured former President John Agyekum Kufuor with a beautiful pencil artwork as a form of gratitude for his service to the country.
The artwork features ex-President Kufour’s iconic kente portrait. Handing over the portrait to the ex-president, Aewura Djoah applauded the ‘Gentle Giant’ for his service to the country as the tenth President of Ghana from 2001 to 2009.
According to her, she has admired the ex-president from his tenure as president to his retirement.
Ex-President Kufuor, who was surprised with the artistry, expressed his gratitude to Aewura Djoah for the gift.
Aewura Djoah shared excerpt of the artwork presentation to ex-President Kufuor on her TikTok page under the caption, ‘And the Ex-Pres. John A. Kufuor loved his artwork.’ This attracted positive reactions from followers.
