Uganda’s netball team, the She Cranes, has beaten Namibia 47-39 at the ongoing Africa Netball Championship in Malawi to complete an unbeaten run in group A.
The She Cranes beat a hard-fighting Namibia by a nine-goal margin.
Goal shooter Shadiah Nassanga, who won the player of the match accolade, revealed that teamwork and communication were key to this victory.

The She Cranes, who lead group A, will have a resting day before they take on second-placed Malawi on Saturday in the semifinal.
Malawi, who are currently in second position in group B behind leaders South Africa, will on Saturday, take on Tanzania to complete their group fixtures.
Likewise, Kenya will play against Zimbabwe to complete the group fixtures.
In another semifinal, South Africa, who topped group B, will face the second-place opponent, who is yet to be decided in group A
