Abiodun inaugurates health facility in Odoralamo community

Ogun State governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has inaugurated the Samuel Adetayo Onadele Health Centre, in Odoralamo, Ijebu North Local Government Area of the state.

The governor, represented by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Mr Tokunbo Talabi, said the ultramodern facility, facilitated by the Odoralamo Development Association (ODA) and sponsored by the Onadele family of Itun Nla Quarters of the community, would boost access to healthcare services in the area.

Saying the initiative was a major milestone in the development of the community, the governor commended stakeholders in the project for their development initiatives aimed at making life meaningful for the people at the grassroots.

Earlier, the ODA chairman, Elder Matthew Adebambo, said the facility was a significant achievement in the association’s commitment to the development and wellbeing of the community.

He noted that the association’s development agenda extended beyond healthcare delivery, as it had equally embarked on the supply of potable water, solar-powered street lights, education, physical infrastructure, and other community development initiatives.

Adebambo commended the stakeholders, particularly the Onadele family, for sponsoring the project, adding that the facility was a lasting legacy and a milestone in the development of the area.

He attributed the achievement to the collective commitment of the people, purposeful partnerships and the generousity of individuals, families and other stakeholders who had consistently supported the community’s development initiatives.

Also featured at the inauguration was an empowerment programme sponsored by Professor Adeboye Dada through the Hannah Olawunmi Dada (HOD) Foundation.
