’A decade of healthy living’: Anne Curtis embodies Superbods journey

After 10 years, Anne Curtis is still committed to being an amazing example of living healthily, with a Superbod lifestyle through health and exercise in different seasons.

For many years, the acclaimed actress and ‘It’s Showtime’ co-host has grown with the Century Tuna brand, which has been spearheading the Superbods competition, ‘an iconic movement that champions wellness for all, serving as a powerful platform that celebrates healthy bodies along with the inspiring stories behind them.’

During the VIP Night hosted by KC Montero and Inka Magnaye held on July 6 at The Fifth at Rockwell, Makati, Anne shared her empowering journey with the Top 40 finalists of the 2026 ‘Superbod Era’ edition.

‘[After 10 years, the change I’m happiest to see today] would probably be seeing the word ‘Superbod’ evolve throughout the years. Like, it’s not anymore just having that beautiful body aesthetically. It’s about looking good, feeling good, having the confidence, and making those good, healthy decisions. Like having a healthy lifestyle,’ Anne said.

On top of everything that she does, Anne also found purpose in advocating for causes close to her heart, such as children’s rights, to name a few. What does it mean for her to see and hear the top 40 finalists share their purpose and their advocacies?

‘I think it’s very inspiring. I think it’s great that somehow, they’re able to ignite, they’re able to use their platforms, they’re able to use their voices, their bodies to maybe inspire people, or to get them to support the causes that they’re passionate about. So, again, it’s all about evolving as well. So, I think it’s great that they’re using that,’ Anne replied.

And, what is Anne’s one piece of advice for the incredibly diverse Top 40 finalists?

‘I mean, through your own fitness journey and your being healthy, no matter what pressure that you’re going under. I think I’m going to have to say that, like, don’t chase perfection. Chase consistency. I know that’s easier said than done, right? But, you know, I think it’s something that I’ve learned throughout the years the hard way.

‘Like, making those smart, conscious, healthy decisions on a daily basis will always be quick fixes. But for them, honestly, enjoy this moment. Like, they’ve come so far already and I really love that they’re sharing who they are.

‘So yeah, enjoy every moment of it.’
