Airlines should hold pending passengers in an exclusion room, the Bureau of Immigration said after a Cameroonian attacked five security guards last week at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
Floriant Ndzeng Atangana, 18, is now under the custody of the Philippine National Police after assaulting security personnel on Oct. 30.
Airport staff had directed Atangana multiple times to stop loitering outside the holding area.
