The Singapore Tennis Open makes its return to The Kallang as an upgraded WTA 500 event from September 21-27. With the elevation to WTA 500 status, this year’s edition of the Singapore Tennis Open presented by BNP Paribas will be held at the larger-capacity OCBC Arena, welcoming more fans from Singapore and across the region to enjoy world-class tennis.
The tournament will be bannered by the sports newest star, Alex Eala now ranked in the top 20 in the world. Its impressive lineup also includes World No. 3 Jessica Pegula, reigning French Open Singles Champion Mirra Andreeva (World No. 5), Amanda Anisimova (World No. 10), last year’s Singles Champion Elise Mertens, two-time Grand Slam Champion Barbora Krejcikova, Indonesian Ace Janice Tjen and China’s No. 1 Wang Xinyu.
At a career-high ranking of World No. 3, Pegula continues to make waves in women’s tennis. With eleven singles and seven doubles titles under her belt, her dynamic style of play promises to create an unforgettable experience for fans.

I’ve only heard great things about the city and it’s going to be a cracker of a tournament with how the player field is looking. The qualifying rounds on September 19 and 20 will see players competing for the final berths of the main draw. Tennis fans will enjoy free entry to these two days of high-stakes action.

Under this programme, each point scored during the tournament will be converted into a donation to Daughters of Tomorrow, a Singapore-registered charity that empowers women from low-income families to achieve financial independence and creates pathways to upward social mobility for themselves and their families.
Beyond the on-court action, visitors can soak up the vibrant carnival atmosphere at the Fan Zone in Arena Park. It is open to the public, where the Fan Zone will feature a variety of interactive fan activities, merchandise booths, and screenings of selected tennis matches, creating an exciting festival atmosphere for tennis enthusiasts, friends and families.
