Local boy band SB19 made history as the first homegrown Filipino act to perform at the popular Chicago music festival Lollapalooza.
The P-pop act performed on Lollapalooza’s Allianz stage – formerly called Lakeshore and one of the festival’s biggest stages – for an hour-long set highlighted by the group’s hit tracks.
It was past 3 p.m. local time when SB19 when onstage, so Filipinos watching via livestream and watch parties were up in the early morning of July 31.
