AMLC Executive Director lawyer Ronel Buenaventura clarifies during Day 34 of Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial that the tabular summaries and reports covering billions of pesos in transactions are not conclusive proof of Duterte and her husband, lawyer Manases Carpio’s cash on hand, cash in bank, unexplained wealth or ill-gotten wealth.
Buenaventura said the records only reflect transactions reported to the AMLC.
