Ayala marks 12th straight year in FTSE4Good Index

Ayala Corp. and several of its listed subsidiaries have retained their places in the FTSE4Good Index Series, extending the conglomerate’s track record in one of the world’s widely followed sustainability benchmarks.

In a disclosure on Thursday, the country’s oldest conglomerate said it was included in that index for the 12th consecutive year following the June 2026 review by global index and data provider FTSE Russell.

Its core businesses-ACEN Corp., Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and Globe Telecom Inc.-also remained constituents of the index.

The FTSE4Good Index Series tracks companies that demonstrate strong environmental, social and governance practices.

Investors and other market players use it as a benchmark for responsible investment funds and related products. Companies are assessed on criteria that include corporate governance, health and safety, anticorruption measures, and climate change performance.

Ayala Corp., ALI and BPI have been part of the index since 2015. Globe was included starting in 2016 and ACEN in 2023
