Caraga’s most wanted arrested in Agusan del Sur

Caraga’s most wanted person, who is facing nine counts of alleged rape of a minor, was arrested in Sibagat, Agusan del Sur over the weekend.

Brig. Gen. Rolindo Suguilon, Police Regional Office-13 director, said Sibagat police arrested ‘Nillo,’ 49, a resident of Sibagat town, at 9:34 p.m. on Friday by virtue of an arrest warrant.

The warrant was issued by the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 7 in Bayugan City on November 20, 2025.

No bail was recommended against the suspect.

Investigators disclosed the suspect allegedly sexually abused a minor repeatedly last year.

‘The Caraga police will continue to intensify its efforts against wanted persons and ensure that they are brought before the courts to face the charges against them,’ Suguilon said.

Nillo remains in the custody of the Sibagat police station pending turnover to the issuing court.
