Large rocks cover portions of the national road in Canlaon City after a powerful flash flood struck the area on Tuesday.
The boulders-some reportedly as large as half a human-are believed to have been carried downstream by strong currents triggered by Typhoon Tino.
As of this writing, road-clearing operations are underway, but several areas remain inaccessible due to debris and flood damage. Authorities are advising motorists to avoid affected routes and exercise caution while traveling.
