Mister International 2025 Kirk Bondad confirmed that he and model-actress Lou Yanong got back together, putting an end to reconciliation rumors surrounding them.
Bondad said he and Yanong are back in each other’s arms in an interview with entertainment journalist MJ Marfori via Tiktok, admitting that he didn’t expect that their reconciliation would garner attention.
‘Yes, we are. I didn’t expect that it would get this [kind] of traction. But it did. And I kinda forgot that people care,’ he said. ‘We have been seeing each other for quite some time now and it’s only now where I would be like, screw it, I will post something. I don’t care what people say.’
When asked when he and Yanong exactly started dating again, Bondad admitted that he didn’t know, and that they simply reconnected.
‘I don’t know because technically, we are each other’s exes. We just reconnected and then we just started seeing each other again,’ he said.
Bondad and Yanong fueled reconciliation rumors last September after the former bagged the Mister International title in Bangkok.
The pair went public with their relationship after the male pageant veteran hard-launched their relationship in October 2024. They were speculated to have broken up last May after Yanong unfollowed him on Instagram. Neither of them addressed the status of their romance at the time. /edv
