A magnitude 4.5 earthquake jolted Solsona town in Ilocos Norte at 2:42 pm on Thursday, with a depth of 10 km, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
The earthquake was felt in parts of Abra, Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur
Phivolcs measured Intensity II in Batac City in Ilocos Norte, and Sinait, Ilocos Sur.
Intensity I was felt in Abra capital town Bangued and in Bacrra, San Nicolas town in Ilocos Norte.
Aftershocks are not expected, Phivolcs said. No damage or casualties have been reported
