Construction is well underway at MIRA, bringing RLC Residences’ vision for a new community in Quezon City closer to realization. On August 14, Teddy V. Bernas, Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager for RLC Residences, and Engr. Emmanuel Arce, Vice President for Project Management, joined development partners and other RLC Residences executives for a visit to the MIRA site, where construction activities are in full swing.
The continued activity at MIRA forms part of ongoing construction progress across the RLC Residences portfolio, with committed projects advancing through their respective stages of development. For homebuyers, the activity on site provides a tangible view of how plans for the development are taking shape, helping reinforce confidence as the project moves forward.
MIRA is a four-tower residential condominium development in Barangay San Roque, Quezon City, with Towers 1 and 2 already launched to the market. Tower 1 debuted in April 2024, followed by the launch of Tower 2 in July of the same year. Tower 1 is currently targeted for completion in February 2031, followed by Tower 2 in June 2031.
During the visit, Arce highlighted the significance of MIRA to the area and the company’s commitment behind the project.
‘It’s a day to celebrate. Because with MIRA, we are completing the residential complex of RLC in this part of Quezon City. Construction activities are in full swing and soon, MIRA will bring more life here in Barangay San Roque, a community just a stone’s throw away from the famous Araneta, Cubao,’ Arce said.
MIRA is designed with families in mind, offering units ranging from studios to two-bedroom configurations, including balcony options, together with smart home-ready features. Its amenities cater to different members of the household, with swimming pools, fitness and wellness spaces, children’s areas, a pet park, and indoor and outdoor recreation facilities.
For families looking several years ahead, MIRA’s location can become increasingly relevant as children approach their university years. Ateneo de Manila University, Miriam College, and the University of the Philippines Diliman, alongside other educational institutions in Quezon City, are within reach of the development.
Located on Mirasol Street in Barangay San Roque, MIRA is positioned near major roads, transport links, hospitals, commercial areas, and business districts. Its location allows residents to stay connected to key destinations across Quezon City and Metro Manila while having many of the places important to everyday family life within convenient reach.
‘This project is a testament to our commitment to provide Filipinos a home within reach of life’s opportunities, and at the same time, a home where they can have an enriched and fulfilling lifestyle,’ said Arce.
With construction now in full swing, MIRA continues to take shape as a community designed for families looking ahead-bringing together a well-connected location, family-oriented features, and a vision for a more enriched everyday lifestyle.
