The action in the first round of the UAAP Season 89 basketball tournaments opens on September 13.
The league has not released the full first-round schedule of the basketball games after adjusting it to give way to the Asian Games 2026, where some of the student-athletes are competing for Gilas Pilipinas.
Only five game days are scheduled for the month of September.
