In-person classes have been suspended in some areas for Wednesday, Aug. 26, due to inclement weather brought by the southwest monsoon.
Here are the areas where classes have been suspended:
Pampanga
Macabebe – no face-to-face classes (public and private); shift to alternative modes of learning
San Simon – no face-to-face classes (public and private); shift to alternative modes of learning; until Aug. 28
Santo Tomas – no face-to-face classes (public and private); shift to alternative modes of learning; until Aug. 28
Benguet
Kibungan – no face-to-face classes (preschool to senior high school) until Aug. 27.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration said in a weather advisory that the southwest monsoon will affect parts of Luzon in the next few days
