Former Commission on Audit-Intelligence and Confidential Funds Audit Office (COA-ICFAO) auditor Roderick Wamil tells impeachment court on the 12th day of impeachment trial that the Office of the Vice President’s accomplishment report covering Feb. 6 to March 29, 2023 contained two expenditures not allowed under the Joint Circular governing confidential and intelligence funds.
He adds that there were also no documents submitted to demonstrate the success of the information-gathering or surveillance activities conducted by the informants, as required under the Joint Circular./dp
