Advanced Info Service Plc (AIS) clinched three awards at HR Asia’s “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” Awards 2025, demonstrating its continued excellence in the area of human resource management.
The awards recognise AIS’s commitment to creating a workplace that values diversity, embraces individuality, enhances employee experiences through technology, and develops people to grow alongside the business on its path towards becoming a cognitive tech-company.
AIS received the Gold award in the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2025” category, marking the seventh consecutive year the company has received this accolade. AIS is the only telecom company in Thailand to have successively received this honour.
AIS understands its receipt of this accolade is a reflection of the company’s holistic people strategy, focusing on all dimensions of employee well-being.
The company also received the DEI Award, recognising AIS’s success in embedding diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) within its organisational policies, promoting equality and embracing differences across its workforce.
The third award was for tech empowerment, as AIS leverages technology to enhance workplace efficiency, employee satisfaction, and engagement, while driving innovation in human capital management that ultimately elevates organisational performance and workforce happiness, AIS noted.
