Set to be an ultimate Halloween landmark in eastern Bangkok, Megabangna has transformed its main entrance into a mysterious, fearsome laboratory for “Mega Halloween 2025: The Scream Lab”, which is running until Oct 31.
Visitors are invited to step into a world of vengeance and terror filled with creepy atmosphere and spine-tingling scenes within “The Scream Lab” where every element has been carefully crafted to leave a lasting impression.
Everyone has until tomorrow to explore and take photos of this full-scale, walk-through installation. The true challenge will begin from Friday until Oct 31 as thrill-seekers are invited to take part in the “Escape Room” mission.
Participants can walk into the abandoned lab sealed off after a mysterious tragedy 20 years ago and now reopened for the first time. Inside are four rooms that reveal dark secrets and revenge that have long been buried. There, they will play as rescue team members tasked with shutting down the lab and uncovering a hidden four-digit code to escape.
However, the 90-minute mission is only open to Mega Smile Rewards members to join, free of charge. There are two rounds on weekdays at 5pm and 7.30pm, plus a 3pm session on weekends. Registrations can be made via the Megabangna application.
Besides the haunting adventure, a Halloween-themed photo booth will be installed from Oct 23-31, allowing visitors to capture playful yet spooky moments with friends and family. Also prepare for a night of live ghost storytelling by Thailand’s popular supernatural content creators during “Nights Of The Forbidden Stories”, which will take place on Oct 24 and 31 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
Ready to bring their most unsettling tales to life within the immersive setting of “The Scream Lab” on both nights will be Ta Khong Athan, Kru Tree Mee Rueng Lao, Aomsin Aomnabelle and Nueng LC.
