ARMA 2026: Africa Revenue Makers Awards returns with expanded categories

B4B Partners has announced the return of the Africa Revenue Makers Awards (ARMA) for its second edition, with nominations now open to companies and professionals across Africa.

The 2026 awards will recognise individuals driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and commercial success across sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, product, and commercial leadership.

After a successful inaugural edition, ARMA says it is expanding this year to better reflect Africa’s commercial ecosystem, stressing that companies can now nominate members of their revenue teams, in addition to self-nominations.

The goal, organisers said, is to ensure strong representation across countries, industries, sectors, and gender.

Speaking on the launch, Founder and CEO of B4B Partners, Napa Onwusah said, ‘Behind every growing company is a team of people making revenue happen. They are opening new markets, building lasting customer relationships, leading commercial teams, and creating opportunities for businesses to grow. ARMA exists because these professionals deserve to be recognised, celebrated, and remembered as an important part of Africa’s economic story’.

The awards will recognise excellence across six categories: The Rainmaker Award (Sales and Business Development), Revenue Orchestrator Award (Revenue Operations and Enablement), Growth Catalyst Award (Marketing, Product and Growth), Customer Hero Award (Customer Success and Customer Experience), Visionary Revenue Leader Award, and the Rising Star Award.

During the nomination period, nominees will submit profiles for review by an independent panel of judges drawn from across Africa’s sales, marketing, and customer success communities.

The panel will select the Top 30 finalists, with winners to be announced in October 2026.

Organisers said the response to the inaugural ARMA showed strong demand for recognition within the revenue profession, with winners describing the awards as a ‘long-overdue acknowledgement’ of the role revenue teams play in building organisations.

Nominations for the 2026 Africa Revenue Makers Awards are now open and will close in September 2026.
