Prime Atlantic MD for supply chain leadership summit

Group Managing Director, Prime Atlantic Limited, Ayo Otuyalo, has been selected to address Nigeria’s industrial competitiveness, energy transition, and supply chain transformation on November 20, this year’s summit of the Nigeria Supply Chain Leadership Summit(NSCLS) at Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The summit is themed, ‘From Fragmentation to Fluidity: Unlocking Supply Chain Potential through Finance and Operations Integration.’

The convener of the NSCLS, Dr. Emeka Eboagwu, said in a statement that at a time organisations are seeking greater agility, efficiency, and resilience, the summit would bring together senior executives, policymakers, academics, investors, and supply chain professionals to explore strategies for integrating finance, operations, technology, and sustainability into a cohesive framework for growth.

He said Otuyalo’s keynote address is titled, ‘Reimagining Nigeria’s Industrial Future: Energy, Productivity, and the New Supply Chain Mandate.’

According to Eboagwu, the selection of Otuyalo reflects the summit’s commitment to bringing visionary leaders whose experience extends beyond traditional supply chain boundaries.

‘We are delighted to welcome Ayo Otuyalo as the keynote speaker for NSCLS 2026. His leadership journey, extensive experience in the energy and industrial sectors, and deep understanding of the factors that drive national competitiveness make him exceptionally qualified to address this year’s theme. At a time when Nigeria must rethink how energy, capital, talent, and operational excellence converge to accelerate industrial development, his voice offers both credibility and strategic insight.

”What distinguishes Ayo is his ability to connect big-picture economic thinking with practical business realities. He understands that supply chains are no longer merely operational functions but strategic enablers of growth, productivity, and national development. We believe delegates will gain valuable perspectives on how organisations can move from fragmented systems and siloed decision-making to integrated, agile, and resilient operating models.

”His keynote will set the tone for a summit focused not only on discussing challenges but also on identifying actionable solutions that can strengthen Nigeria’s industrial future and unlock sustainable value across supply chains,’ Eboagwu added.

He said: ”A respected business leader with more than two decades of experience serving the oil and gas industry, Ayo Otuyalo brings a unique perspective on the intersection of industrial growth, energy security, operational excellence, and economic competitiveness. His keynote will explore the critical role that energy, productivity, and integrated supply chain strategies must play in unlocking Nigeria’s industrial potential and strengthening the nation’s position in an increasingly competitive global economy.”

Eboagwu, who is the founder/Group CEO, Pentland Group, said this would be Otuyalo’s first appearance as a keynote speaker at their summit, urging delegates to expect an insightful examination of the opportunities and challenges confronting the industry, along with practical perspectives on how business leaders, investors, and policymakers can collaborate to build more resilient, efficient, and future-ready supply chains.

He said Otuyalo, an Advisory Board Member, Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council, has participated in international policy and leadership fora, including Forum 2000 and Heritage Foundation roundtables. He is also the Honorary Consul of Romania in Lagos State, a Trustee of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund, and notable author.
