That’s the kind of upgrade you may not notice immediately, but you’ll certainly appreciate over time.
5. The premium touches make a difference. Some upgrades don’t make headlines, but you notice them every single day.
The ultrasonic fingerprint scanner unlocks the phone almost instantly, even with slightly damp fingers. The IP68 and IP69 ratings offer peace of mind during unpredictable weather. Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0 help future-proof the device, while the overall build quality feels every bit as refined as phones costing significantly more. None of these features alone would convince me to buy a phone.
Together, however, they create an experience that genuinely feels flagship.

Honor also deserves credit for focusing on security. Built-in AI Deepfake Detection and AI Voice Cloning Detection help identify manipulated videos and suspicious voice calls, offering an extra layer of protection as AI-powered scams become increasingly sophisticated.
Powering many of these experiences is Google Gemini, Google’s AI assistant, and Honor includes three months of Google AI Pro with the Honor 600 Series, giving users access to Gemini’s more advanced capabilities along with a generous 5TB of cloud storage. If your budget fits the Honor 600, you’re still getting an excellent device. But if you want flagship performance, a versatile telephoto camera, wireless charging, and several premium refinements, the Honor 600 Pro justifies its higher price without making its sibling feel like a compromise.
